Webinar: August 15

We talked with Jennifer Lutz, President and COO of Inland Power & Light, about how a strong brand can help you foster an authentic company culture and attract top talent.

Missed it? Below is a recap. We typically share a recording, but we’re human… and sometimes things get deleted. 🙈

Artifacts as Commitment: Tangible items like booklets and swag reinforce culture change, showing a commitment that rallies employees and enhances brand loyalty. Check out some of Inland’s brand booklet below!

Culture as a Differentiator and Loyalty Driver: A strong, unique culture not only differentiates your brand but also creates loyalty among employees and clients. Top talent stays longer and is more attracted to working with you, while clients feel connected to something greater.

Leadership’s Role in Culture: Only 1 in 5 companies have executives focused on culture, but this focus is essential to prevent silos, disengagement, and high turnover rates.

Inclusive Culture Change: Involving skeptical employees in the culture change process is key to gaining buy-in or identifying necessary adjustments. Everyone, from leadership to employees, needs to live and support the values for effective change.

Values that Stick: To create a “sticky” brand, evaluate your core values. Are they memorable? Do they guide daily actions? Values that resonate with your community and are clearly lived out make your brand and culture stronger.
