At Inland Power & Light, trust isn’t a tagline—it’s how they do business.
Over the past several months, we’ve partnered with Inland’s leadership team to strengthen the trust behind every member interaction, every internal decision, and every part of The Inland Way.
Our focus: Help teams understand what trust looks like inside the organization—how it’s built, measured, and lived. Through leadership sessions, team workshops, and a new Trust Charter, we defined what “trusted leadership” means across departments.
The result: A shared language and clear expectations for how trust shows up every day.
The visit wrapped with something rare and powerful. Every Inland employee took part in experiential “values stations” that brought their core values to life: Band Together, Show Up, Good Vibes Only, Uncommon Candor, and Demonstrate Extraordinary Care—values we helped develop.
These stations also debuted the new Trust Charter, sparking real conversations and reflection.
Why it matters: When values and trust intersect, you don’t just build a better workplace—you build a stronger cooperative and a more meaningful member experience.
